MCCT: Minecraft Client Tool

This is a collection of tools for modded Minecraft clients. It works by injecting code into already-running Minecraft Java processes, so you don't need to restart the client or install any new mods to use it. Contact cyb0124 if you have any questions or suggestions.

Runs on 64-bit Windows only. Supports Minecraft versions from 1.9 to 1.20. Can only attach to clients running Forge or Fabric. Vanilla is not supported.

This tool shows all tracks, stations and trains in your entire world on a 2D map. The view is updated in real time as trains move or tracks change. Works on servers.
